
Roasted red peppers are a bitch. The instructions said you had to sit there, holding them right under the broiler thing with tongs until they blistered and shit. FUCK THAT. I just stuck them on a cookie sheet and turn turn turn every minute. Then you put them under plastic wrap until they're cool, so they peel easier. Then you have to sit there for like, fucking 5 billion hours and peel off the skin that just disintegrates and sticks to EVERYTHING. Never again. I think it might be worth getting the jarred variety until I have the luxury of a gas stove or something with lots of flames.
Anyways.

Bread is kind of an amazing thing to make. I'm slightly obsessed with it. I've mastered the easy as crap variety, so I'm thinking of moving on to bigger and better things. Namely some rye bread. I love me some rye bread, like holy balls.
Just sitting at home, being cold.
